These Terms govern your access to and use of Cleviser websites, applications, software, AI services, and related products.

By creating an account or using Cleviser, you agree to these Terms.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements.


2. Services

Cleviser provides AI-powered business software, automation systems, marketing tools, CRM functionality, and related business services.

Features and services may change at any time.


3. Trial Access

Cleviser may provide free access, promotional offers, limited-time trials, or early-access programs.

Trial availability, duration, features, and limitations may change without notice.

No credit card is required for trial participation unless otherwise specified.


4. System Activation

Users may activate optional business systems during trial or subscription periods.

Activated systems may become unavailable if:

  • Trial expires

  • Subscription ends

  • Account is canceled

  • Payment fails


5. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions begin when a customer selects and purchases a plan.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Promotional discounts are temporary and expire according to offer terms.


6. Cancellation

Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for prior payments.


7. Account Suspension

Cleviser may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Abuse platform resources

  • Engage in fraud or unlawful activities

  • Harm platform stability or security


8. AI Services

AI-generated content is provided "as-is."

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving AI outputs before use.

Cleviser does not guarantee accuracy, legality, or fitness for any particular purpose.


9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or regulations.

  • Spam or send unauthorized communications.

  • Attempt unauthorized access.

  • Reverse engineer services.

  • Disrupt platform operations.

  • Upload malicious code.

  • Use Cleviser for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.


10. Customer Data

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining backups where necessary.

  • Obtaining consent from your contacts.

  • Ensuring lawful processing of customer information.


11. Intellectual Property

Cleviser retains ownership of:

  • Software

  • Branding

  • Platform design

  • Documentation

  • Content

  • Trademarks

Customers retain ownership of their business data and content.


12. Third-Party Integrations

Cleviser integrates with external providers.

Cleviser is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.


13. Availability

While we strive for reliable service, Cleviser does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleviser shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Lost profits

  • Lost business opportunities

  • Data loss

  • Service interruptions

Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the customer during the previous three months.


15. Changes To Services

Cleviser may modify, discontinue, or update any feature, package, pricing, or service at any time.


16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt unless otherwise required by applicable law.
